Returns 

We hope that you love your HOA jewellery. But in the unlikely event that you need to return something, you'll have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to return it unused, with no damage and in original packaging. Items returned outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. Please note that any items that are returned damaged or showing any signs of wear will not not be accepted.

Shipping costs to return your order are to be covered by you.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed. Delivery charges are not refunded.
