We aim to process all orders within 1-3 days. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Royal Mail signed for delivery £2.99. Free for orders over £60. 2-3 working days
International tracked delivery £11.99. 10-14 working days . Free for orders over £100
Pre-orders
Pre-orders can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. If your order consists of both in stock and pre-order items, we will ship the whole order when the pre-ordered item becomes available. If you want to receive the in stock items straight away, please order separately.
International deliveries
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. House of Anasa is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. It is your responsibility to pay these charges. We are unable to advise of what these costs may be.
Customs clearance may delay the shipping process which we cannot be held responsible for.
